Frankenstein - English performance in East Bohemia Theatre

This Wednesday on 21st October students from 3.ZL saw a Frankenstein performance in East Bohemia Theatre Pardubice. Frankenstein is a novel written by Mary Shelley. Although this performance wasn´t fully identical with the book, I was nicely suprised how good it was. Dark atmosphere created by the actors was emotional, intense and dramatic, drawing the audience into the story. Those dark moments were balanced by light and comic scenes which made us laugh. Great acting allowed us to see the horror and humanity of the Frankestein´s monster. The set design was simple and because of that, we coud  easily focus and understand the story and dialogues. The whole performance was in  understandable English due to an amazing voice acting. Overall this performance evoked intense emotions and actors managed to keep our attention.
